Terra-EDEN is concerned with the benefits for society. This includes all economic sectors, which are given greater scope for action with the help of the implemented renaturation.

Social life is influenced by our economic thinking. Industry, infrastructure and the transport sector are just part of the machinery that accompanies us every day. The image of the environment is changing and is being shaped by anthropogenic processes that have a significant impact on the global ecosystem. Today, our society lives in a self-contained cosmos that drives us independently of natural processes. This life always follows a cycle that drives our development.

Our society’s standard of living is influenced by four basic factors. Today, science shapes our development. From this, we can derive new technologies that help us to create a life-friendly environment. Design is the expression of our skills. This forward-looking state allows us to spend more time on creativity. This develops into a form of art, from which science then emerges again.

Detached from this, we are constantly automating and digitizing our processes. These steps allow us to use technology to enhance our creativity and design for ecological awareness.

In nature, biological processes are used to drive evolution. If you look at the structure, you realize that it is similar to ours. The difference lies in the use of energy. Nature’s energy supply and its sustainability have been perfected through its development. Through the influence of the sun and biological processes, natural life developed as we know it today. These natural processes can help us today to reduce the impact of our negative actions.

If this adaptation is successful, nature takes on an ecological task that provides benefits for the economy by adapting to the region. Technologies can be optimized and our lives grow together with nature. This closes the cycle, which on the one hand encourages society to act and at the same time forces us to live from and with nature.

The aim is to find a way to compensate for human intervention in the global system with a healthy ecosystem. Terra-EDEN describes the economic benefits of nature for our society. This has an impact on our community and promotes a new way of looking at the environment.

The importance of a central habitat stems from the idea of integrating our society into the natural system. Commonalities characterize the cooperation, whose responsibility ends in symbiosis. The interaction of two habitats enriches life and leaves new benefits for development. Sustainable living, an appealing working atmosphere or recreation in the countryside raise the standard of living to a new level. The idea of a protective environment opens the way to a new community – Terra-EDEN.

Projekt, neu gedacht!

Als Projekt betrachten wir ein gesellschaftlichen Prozess, der zum Erreichen einer definierten Ziels beiträgt.

So erlaubt dieser Prozess unserer Gesellschaft ein strukturierten Entwicklung und eine wachsende Lebensstandard. Entsteht ein gesellschaftlicher Bedarf aufgrund neuer Techniken, Versorgungsleistungen, oder bestehenden oder absehbaren Veränderungen, können Projekte diese Lücke füllen. Entscheidend ist das Ziel was definiert und erreicht werden soll. So ist eine direkte Lösung nicht immer die nachhaltigste und effiziente Herangehensweise. Für unseren gesellschaftlichen Bedarf ist eine direkte Strategie ausreichend und erfüllt den Zweck. Doch geben diese Prozesse keine Lösung für unser Klima oder der Umwelt.

Unsere Welt lebt im Wandel und der Gesellschaft wird bewusst, dass unser Eingriff in die Umwelt, eine Gefahr für das gesamte Leben darstellt. Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit werden zu wichtige Größen, die entscheidend für die Bewahrung unser Umwelt sind.

Neue Strategie und Herangehensweisen müssen auf naturbezogene Prozesse angepasst und mit unseren anthropogenen Prozessen verknüpft werden. Damit ist eine direkte Unterstützung für die Natur und das Klima gesichert. Unsere Umwelt profitiert mit diesem Schritt, weil das Verhältnis zwischen Gesellschaft und Natur ausgeglichen wird.

Die kommende COP 28 Konferenz wird eine der wichtigsten internationalen Veranstaltungen sein, die sich mit der Bekämpfung des Klimawandels und der Förderung von Umweltschutz und Nachhaltigkeit beschäftigt. Die Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate haben die Ehre, als Gastgeber dieser Veranstaltung zu fungieren und haben sich in den letzten Jahren in diesem Bereich als Vorreiter etabliert. Ein wichtiger Beitrag dazu könnte das umfassende Terra UAE-Projekt, das sich vollständig in die Ziele und Vorhaben der COP 28 Konferenz einfügt. …
